In het project Smart Solution Labs heeft Team C onderzocht hoe de hittebehandelingskamers van Cargo Heat Treatment<\/a> gerichter in de markt kunnen worden gepositioneerd.<\/p>\n

Het uitgangspunt was een concrete regelgevende uitdaging: bij exporten \u2013 bijvoorbeeld naar Australi\u00eb \u2013 moeten goederen in bepaalde perioden v\u00f3\u00f3r verzending vrij worden gemaakt van plaaginsecten, met name de bruin gemarmerde stinkwants. Waar dit nu vaak gebeurt via begassing met giftige gassen, biedt Cargo Heat Treatment met hittebehandeling een ecologisch duurzaam alternatief\u2013 en daarmee een relevante marktkans.<\/p>\n

De studenten analyseerden de markt, de doelgroepen en de concurrentie, vergeleken verschillende businessmodellen en ontwikkelden op basis daarvan een roadmap met vervolgstappen voor Cargo Heat Treatment.<\/p>\n

De afronding van het project vormt een goede basis voor verdere discussie over marktbenadering en strategische keuzes.<\/p>\n
