During the 90-minute Innovation Challenges<\/strong>, interdisciplinary teams collaborate to tackle real-world problems. In a short but intensive format, participants analyze challenges, exchange ideas, and develop first solution concepts together.<\/p>\n

What makes the format special:
\nFast-paced innovation<\/strong> \u2013 meaningful ideas developed in just 90 minutes.
\nInterdisciplinary collaboration<\/strong> \u2013 different perspectives lead to creative solutions.
\nReal challenges<\/strong> \u2013 practical problems brought in by companies and organizations.<\/p>\n

At the Tech Talents Stage<\/strong>, the teams then present their results, share their approaches, and discuss their ideas with the audience \u2013 a great way to see how collaboration and creativity quickly lead to innovative concepts.<\/p>\n

Another highlight was the inspiring talk by Jessica Richter<\/strong>, who explored the relationship between talent and AI<\/strong>.
