32 students – 4 teams – one mission: to develop innovative solutions for SMEs in the border region.
The first step was our innovation training at STEPS in Gronau.
It wasn’t just about methods such as design thinking or creativity techniques – it was above all about coming together as an interdisciplinary team:
- Who are we?
- How do we use our diversity of backgrounds and perspectives?
- And how do we manage to create something new together?
It was impressive to see how quickly trust, ideas, and a genuine team spirit grew.
The next steps will follow promptly: the kick-offs at the companies.
We are excited to see where the teams’ journey will take them – and what smart solutions will emerge!
